Three-phase motor controller with integrated IGBT pre-driver

The Infineon IRMCF341TY is a motor controller from the MCE™ series that handles commutation and direction management for AC synchronous motors. Its output configuration is a pre-driver arranged as three half-bridges, sized to drive an external IGBT power stage in a three-phase inverter topology. Communication with a host microcontroller or system controller goes through I2C, RS-232, or SPI interfaces, giving flexibility in how the drive parameters are set and monitored.
