Motor control for IGBT and Power MOSFET
This controller is designed to drive Power MOSFET and IGBT half-bridge stages, with an output configuration of a pre-driver for six half-bridges — a three-phase inverter topology for AC synchronous motors. The target application is appliance-level motor commutation and direction management. Three serial interfaces — I²C, RS-232, and SPI — provide communication with a host microcontroller or sensor network.
Housed in a 100-LQFP (100-QFP, 14x14 mm body), surface-mount.
