Motor controller that drives the three-phase bridge directly
The Infineon IRMCF143TR is a motor controller from the iMOTION™ and MCE™ series, combining commutation logic and direction management with a pre-driver stage that directly drives a three-phase half-bridge (3 outputs) for AC or servo motors. It integrates the gate-driver stage for IGBT power switches, so the BOM keeps the controller and driver in one 64-LQFP package rather than splitting them across separate driver ICs.
This means Infineon has flagged it for eventual end-of-life — it is not the part to put into a new BOM, and existing designs should identify a pin-compatible or functionally equivalent successor before the LTB window closes. If the IRMCF143TR itself has failed, the NRND status means you want to source a small buffer of known-good parts for repair stock while they are still available through the independent channel.

64-LQFP footprint — what it connects to
The 64-LQFP (10x10 mm) package is a common motor-control footprint. The 0.5 mm pitch demands a PCB with at least four layers for clean fan-out of the three half-bridge gate-drive signals and the I²C/SPI bus lines.
