600V bootstrap — the voltage ceiling that defines the application
The high-side bootstrap supply is rated to 600 V maximum. That sets the DC-link voltage ceiling for motor drives, UPS inverters, and power converters where this driver sits.
1.9 A / 2.3 A peak drive — matching the gate charge
Peak output current is 1.9 A source, 2.3 A sink. This drive strength is sized for medium-power IGBTs and MOSFETs. The 40 ns rise and 20 ns fall times (typical) keep dead-time margins tight.
14-DIP through-hole — board integration note
Housed in a 14-DIP (0.300-inch, 7.62 mm) through-hole package. The through-hole format simplifies prototyping and hand-assembly but takes more board area than an SOIC-14 or DFN alternative. For production runs, the through-hole package adds wave-solder steps and limits component height on the opposite side.
