600 V N-channel in a four-pin Kelvin-source package
The Infineon IPZ60R099P6FKSA1 is a CoolMOS™ P6 series N-channel power MOSFET rated at 600 V drain-source with a continuous drain current of 37.9 A at 25°C case temperature. The PG-TO247-4 package adds a Kelvin source pin that keeps the gate-drive loop separate from the power current path, reducing parasitic inductance and improving switching behaviour in hard-switched topologies.
Total gate charge is 70 nC at 10 V. Input capacitance Ciss is 3330 pF at 100 V drain-source.

Package and mounting — TO-247-4 through-hole
The PG-TO247-4 package is a through-hole design with four leads: gate, Kelvin source, drain, and power source. The Kelvin source pin connects directly to the source bond wires inside the package, letting the gate drive reference the source potential without picking up voltage drops from the main current path.
