The IPU80R750P7AKMA1: The 17 nC gate charge suits hard-switched topologies. The through-hole TO-251-3 package (PG-TO251-3) is a compact three-lead IPak. It is RoHS3 compliant and free of lead and halogenated flame retardants.

Rds(on), gate charge, and the switching trade-off
