Product details

Dual low-side switch for inductive and resistive loads

It integrates two independent outputs, each rated for 1.4 A maximum continuous current, with a typical on-resistance of 100 mOhm per channel. The switch operates from a load voltage up to 35 V and requires no external Vcc supply — the gate drive is self-biased from the load rail. Built-in fault protection includes fixed current limiting and over-temperature shutdown, making it suitable for driving lamps, solenoids, relays, and small motors in harsh environments. The non-inverting input logic and 1:1 input-to-output ratio simplify control from a microcontroller GPIO.

100 mOhm Rds(on) and 1.4 A per channel — thermal budget

With a typical Rds(on) of 100 mOhm at 25°C, each channel dissipates about 0.2 W at 1.4 A (I²R). In a 70°C ambient, a 1 oz copper pad of at least 1 in² per channel is recommended for continuous operation at full load.
