Gate charge is 12 nC max at 10 V, and input capacitance is 410 pF at 25 V drain — numbers that keep switching losses low at frequencies up to a few hundred kHz, though the dual-package thermal coupling means each channel must be derated if both switch simultaneously at high duty cycle. The 8-PowerVDFN (PG-TDSON-8-4) package has a large exposed pad for heat sinking to the PCB copper plane; a 2-oz copper pour under the pad improves RthJA significantly.
