Automotive dual N-channel MOSFET for 12V/24V load switching
It is AEC-Q101 qualified, making it suitable for automotive power distribution, solenoid drivers, and DC motor control in under-hood environments where junction temperatures can reach 175°C.
55V / 20A power envelope with logic-level gate drive
The 55V Vdss rating provides headroom for 12V and 24V automotive systems, including load-dump transients. The 20A continuous drain rating at Tc=25°C supports moderate-current loads such as fuel pumps, cooling fans, and ABS solenoids. The logic-level gate threshold (2V max at 27µA) allows direct drive from 3.3V or 5V microcontroller outputs without a separate gate driver. On-resistance is 35 mOhm maximum at 15A drain current with 10V gate drive. This Rds(on) value, combined with the 23nC gate charge at 10V, keeps switching losses manageable in PWM applications up to several tens of kHz. The 790pF input capacitance at 25V drain-source helps estimate gate-drive power requirements.
PG-TDSON-8-10 package with wettable flanks
The part is housed in an 8-PowerVDFN package (PG-TDSON-8-10) with wettable flanks, enabling automated optical inspection (AOI) of solder joints after reflow. Wettable flanks improve side-wetting reliability for automotive-grade solder joints.
Active production, AEC-Q101 compliance
It is ROHS3 compliant. The AEC-Q101 qualification covers the -55°C to 175°C junction temperature range required for automotive under-hood and transmission-mounted applications.
