60 V, 100 A automotive N-channel in a DPak
The IPD100N06S403ATMA2: It is housed in a PG-TO252-3-11 (DPak) surface-mount package and qualified to AEC-Q101, making it suitable for automotive power-train, DC-DC converter, and motor-drive applications where high current density and thermal cycling are routine.
At 100 A, that resistance dissipates 35 W — well within the 150 W power-dissipation rating at the case, but the junction temperature rise must be checked against the -55 °C to 175 °C operating range in the actual thermal environment. Gate charge is 128 nC at 10 V, and input capacitance is 10400 pF at 25 V.
