Conduction and switching loss — the two numbers that size your thermal solution
At 12.7 A drain current and 10 V gate drive, the 110 mOhm Rds(on) yields about 17.7 W conduction loss at 25 °C junction — the actual loss rises with temperature per the normalised Rds(on) curve, so budget the heatsink for the hot-junction case. The 3240 pF input capacitance at 100 V drain-source gives a rough Ciss figure for the driver's charging current; combined with the gate charge, it confirms the driver must supply a 2.5 A peak for sub-100 ns switching edges.
