What this CIPOS™ micro module is
The Infineon IM241M6S1BAUMA1 is a 600 V, 4 A three-phase IGBT inverter stage in a 23-PowerSMD gull-wing module from the CIPOS™ Micro family. It integrates six IGBTs with freewheeling diodes and a bootstrap diode for the high-side gate drive into a single surface-mount package. The 2000 Vrms isolation rating separates the power stage from the control interface, which simplifies layout in mains-isolated motor drives, fan controllers, and pump inverters.
