600 V, 8 A TrenchStop IGBT in TO-251
The Infineon IKU04N60R is a 600 V, 8 A TrenchStop IGBT in a through-hole PG-TO251-3 package. It is a standard-input, N-channel trench IGBT designed for medium-frequency switching applications such as motor drives, power supplies, and induction heating. The TrenchStop technology delivers a low Vce(on) of 2.1 V at 15 V gate drive and 4 A collector current, keeping conduction losses manageable in a TO-251 footprint.

Package and mounting
