600 V, 15 A, 3-phase IGBT module for motor drives
The Infineon IKCM15L60GAXKMA1 is a 3-phase IGBT module from the CIPOS™ family, rated at 600 V and 15 A, packaged in a 24-PowerDIP through-hole module.
