The Infineon IGW08T120 is a 1200 V, 16 A NPT Trench Field Stop IGBT from the TrenchStop series, housed in a standard TO-247-3 through-hole package. It is designed for medium-frequency hard-switching applications such as motor drives, uninterruptible power supplies, welding inverters, and solar inverters where a 1200 V blocking voltage and moderate current density are required.
