Offline flyback switch for 27 W isolated supplies
The Infineon ICE3BR4765JFKLA1 is a monolithic offline flyback switcher from the CoolSET F3R family, integrating a 650V CoolMOS power MOSFET with a PWM controller in a single PG-DIP-8 package. It delivers up to 27 W from an isolated flyback topology, switching at 65 kHz. The built-in startup cell, current-mode control, and comprehensive fault protections (current limiting, over-load, over-temperature, over-voltage) reduce external component count for AC-DC auxiliary supplies, charger adapters, and industrial power modules.
Through-hole PG-DIP-8 — field-swappable
The PG-DIP-8 package with 0.300" (7.62 mm) pin spacing is a through-hole part, which means it can be swapped on a customer site with a basic soldering iron and a solder sucker. No hot-air station, no reflow profile.
Temperature range and environment
Rated for a junction temperature range of -40°C to 150°C, this part handles industrial enclosures, outdoor telecom cabinets, and engine-bay-adjacent electronics. The 150°C TJ max is the silicon limit, not the case temperature.
