128Kbit FRAM with 3.4 MHz I²C bus
The FM24V01-G is a 128Kbit non-volatile FRAM from the F-RAM™ series, organized as 16K x 8 bits and accessed over an I²C interface running up to 3.4 MHz — the fast-mode plus ceiling that keeps bus transactions short in a multi-drop sensor network or data-logging array. Its 130 ns access time means the first byte appears on the bus within that window from the address cycle; subsequent bytes stream at the I²C clock rate, so the real throughput is limited by the master's polling overhead, not the memory itself.
Infineon lists the FM24V01-G as obsolete. The laser etch and date-code consistency are checked against Infineon's known marking standards before shipment.
