The core processor is an ARM® Cortex®-M0, paired with 64kB of FLASH program memory and 8K x 8 of RAM — enough headroom for the USB PD stack plus a modest application layer without external memory.
The supply voltage spans 3 V to 24.5 V, covering the full USB PD voltage range from 5 V up to 20 V with margin for transients — no external regulator needed for the controller itself across the common PD profiles.
