Active production — core, memory, and package for BOM-fit
The CY9AF131LAPMC1-G-UNE2 is an Infineon FM3 MB9A130LA-series microcontroller built around an ARM Cortex-M3 core — a 32-bit single-core processor clocked at 20 MHz, suited for cost-sensitive control applications where the instruction throughput of a Cortex-M3 at moderate frequency is adequate. It packs 64 KB of on-chip Flash program memory and 8 KB of SRAM, supported by LVD, POR, PWM, and WDT peripherals. The 64-LQFP package (10x10 mm body) provides 52 user I/O lines, with connectivity options including CSIO, I²C, and UART/USART.
Supply, temperature, and ADC headroom
An eight-channel, 12-bit successive-approximation ADC captures analog signals from thermistors, potentiometers, or current-sense resistors at up to 12-bit resolution — adequate for many motor-control and sensor-monitoring loops.
Lifecycle, compliance, and procurement posture
No official second-source or pin-compatible drop-in replacement is recorded — the BOM position is tied to this order code.
