PSoC 4 CY8C4125AZI-473 – programmable mixed-signal MCU for sensor and control
It integrates 8 channels of 12-bit SAR ADC and two current DACs (IDACs), making it a fit for mixed-signal applications like capacitive touch sensing, sensor conditioning, and motor control feedback loops.
The 24 MHz core is half the speed of the sibling CY8C4245LQI-483 (48 MHz), but the trade-off is lower active current and a lower BOM cost for applications that don't need the throughput — think a thermostat panel or a simple pump controller, not a high-speed data logger.
Package and footprint – 48-TQFP
The 48-pin TQFP (7×7 mm, 0.5 mm pitch) is a common footprint shared across the PSoC 4 family, so a board laid out for the CY8C4125 can often accept a higher-density sibling with the same pin count and supply voltage.
