16 MHz ARM Cortex-M0 for automotive control tasks
The internal oscillator eliminates the crystal and its two load capacitors, saving board area and BOM cost in high-vibration environments. A single I²C interface provides connectivity to sensors, EEPROMs, or a body-controller module.
Temperature grade and package — built for under-hood and cabin
The 16 KB Flash and 2 KB RAM are sized for control-oriented firmware: reading a temperature sensor over I²C, driving a PWM fan or pump, and managing a watchdog timeout. The 7-bit and 8-bit DAC outputs can generate analog setpoints or simple waveforms without an external DAC.
