Program memory is 32 KB of flash (32K x 8), with 2K x 8 of SRAM for data buffering and stack — enough headroom for a moderate application firmware image and runtime variables without external memory. The integrated data converters include a 12-channel, 14-bit ADC and a 4-channel, 9-bit DAC, allowing direct connection to analog sensors and actuators without external converters in many mixed-signal designs.
