The Infineon CY7C65634-28LTXCT is a USB 2.0 hub controller from the HX2VL series, designed for upstream/downstream USB port expansion in systems that need a simple, self-powered or bus-powered hub function.
USB 2.0 only — not USB 3.0 compatible
This part implements the USB 2.0 standard (480 Mbps High Speed / 12 Mbps Full Speed). It is not backward-compatible with USB 3.0 SuperSpeed — any USB 3.0 host or device will fall back to USB 2.0 operation when connected through this hub. If your design requires USB 3.0 data rates, this is not the right controller.
