The CY7C419-10JC is a 2.25 Kbit (256 x 9) asynchronous FIFO from Infineon Technologies' CY7C series, with a 10 ns access time and 50 MHz data rate. The 10 ns access time sets the read-cycle ceiling — the host controller must meet this window to avoid data corruption on the output bus. The device is non-retriggering and supports depth and width expansion for building larger FIFO arrays.
The 32-PLCC (J-Lead) package measures 11.43 x 13.97 mm per the supplier device package spec. Any board-spin replacement will require a different package and pinout — there is no drop-in alternative from the same family.

Retransmit capability is supported, allowing the FIFO to reread data from the last read pointer without a full reset. This is useful in packet-retry or buffer-replay applications where the host needs to re-fetch a data block.
