64Kbit dual-port asynchronous SRAM with 15 ns access time
The CY7C144E-15AXCT: The part comes in a 64-LQFP package, supplied on Tape & Reel. Dual-port architecture allows two independent systems to read from or write to the same memory array simultaneously.
15 ns access time — timing budget fit
For a 5 V system running at 33 MHz or slower, this gives roughly one clock cycle for address-to-data valid, with margin for PCB trace delay and output loading. If your design currently uses a 12 ns or 10 ns dual-port SRAM, the 15 ns part may require a wait state insertion or a slower clock — check the setup/hold timing against your controller's memory controller. The 8K x 8 organization means the address bus is 13 bits wide; the dual-port nature doubles the control signals (two chip enables, two output enables, two write enables), so the 64-TQFP pinout is fully utilised.
