12 ns access time — bus timing reality
12 ns access time means the SRAM can present data 12 ns after the address is valid and chip is selected. Write cycle time matches at 12 ns.
1M x 16 organization — 16-bit bus, no byte-lane muxing
Organized as 1M words by 16 bits. That maps directly to a 16-bit data bus without needing external byte-lane multiplexers or two-chip interleaving. The 54-TSOP II footprint is a standard async SRAM pinout — drop-in compatible with many other 1M x 16 parts from ISSI, Alliance, and others.
Runs from a single 3.3 V nominal supply (3.0 V min, 3.6 V max). No separate VDDQ or VDD core rail. That simplifies power distribution on the board — one 3.3 V rail, no sequencing needed.
