Synchronous dual-port SRAM for shared-memory designs
The Infineon CY7C09269V-12AXC is a 256Kbit synchronous dual-port SRAM organized as 16K x 16, with a 12 ns access time and a 50 MHz maximum clock frequency. It operates from a 3V to 3.6V supply and is specified over the 0°C to 70°C commercial temperature range. The part comes in a 100-TQFP (14x14) surface-mount package. This is the memory you reach for when two processors — a DSP and an FPGA, or two MCUs — need a shared scratchpad with independent port arbitration, no dead cycles, and deterministic latency.
The 12 ns access time and 50 MHz clock define the synchronous timing window.
Commercial temperature — indoor use only
Not for an outdoor base station, an engine bay, or an unventilated enclosure where ambient can push past 50°C. If your application sees extended temperature, you need the industrial-grade variant in this family (check the -I suffix).
