The Infineon CY62256VNLL-70ZRI is a 256Kbit asynchronous SRAM from the MoBL® series, organised as 32K x 8 bits with a parallel interface. The 70 ns access time and 70 ns write cycle time set the bus timing floor — the controller must meet this window for both read and write operations.
Surface-mount assembly requires a reflow profile compatible with the lead-free solder paste — the part is RoHS non-compliant, so the plating may be tin-lead, which has a lower melting range than SAC305.
