The Infineon CY621472E30LL-45ZSXI is a 4 Mbit MoBL® SRAM organized as 256K x 16 bits, accessed through a parallel interface. The 45 ns access time sets the read-cycle window for the host controller; at 2.2 V supply this part runs from a low-voltage rail. The -40°C to 85°C industrial temperature range suits it for factory automation, telecom line cards, and outdoor instrumentation. Housed in a 44-pin TSOP II package, it mounts on the board surface and occupies the same footprint as other 44-TSOP II 4 Mbit SRAMs.
2.2 V supply — rail planning and compatibility
This SRAM operates at a nominal 2.2 V supply. That means a dedicated regulator or a 2.2 V rail from a multi-output supply. The MoBL series is designed for low active and standby current, so the 2.2 V rail can share a small LDO with other low-power peripherals without excessive droop.
