NVSRAM with instant non-volatility
The Infineon CY14B101PA-SFXI is a 1 Mbit NVSRAM (Non-Volatile SRAM) organized as 128K x 8, accessed through a 40 MHz SPI bus. It combines the fast read/write cycle of an SRAM — no write-cycle delays or wear-out — with automatic store-to-Flash on power-down, so data survives a supply loss without a battery or supercap. The 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply and -40°C to 85°C industrial temperature range suit it for factory automation, motor drives, and outdoor telecom where parameter logging or configuration data must persist across power cycles.
