Non-volatile SRAM for parallel-bus designs
The CY14B101LA-SP45XI is a 1 Mbit NVSRAM organized as 128K x 8 bits, accessed through a parallel interface with a 45 ns access time. It combines the read/write speed of an SRAM with on-chip non-volatile storage — no battery or supercap needed to retain data when power is removed. The industrial temperature grade (-40°C to 85°C) suits factory-floor controllers, outdoor telecom gear, and instrumentation that sees thermal cycling.
Housed in a 48-BSSOP package (7.50 mm body width, 0.635 mm pitch), the CY14B101LA-SP45XI mounts on standard surface-mount pads. Shipped in Tube format — not tape-and-reel.
