The BTS70041EPPXUMA1 is an Infineon PROFET® high-side switch from the automotive-grade, AEC-Q100 qualified series. Its headline spec is a typical on-resistance of 4.4 mOhm — at 15 A continuous output the conduction loss stays under 1 W, which the exposed-pad TSDSO-14 package can sink without forced airflow. The single N-channel output handles a 6 V to 18 V load voltage range, covering nominal 12 V automotive rails with headroom for cold-crank dips and load-dump transients. No external Vcc supply is needed — the switch is self-powered from the load rail.
