Dual high-side PROFET for 12V and 24V loads
It integrates two N-channel MOSFETs with a 110 mOhm typical on-resistance per channel, capable of delivering up to 1.8 A continuous output each. The switch operates from a 5.5 V to 40 V load supply and does not require a separate Vcc supply for the logic input — the On/Off interface is non-inverting and directly driven by a GPIO or relay driver. Typical loads include automotive bulbs, solenoids, DC motors, and resistive heaters in body-control modules, transmission controllers, and engine-management ECUs.
Built-in fault protection reduces external BOM
These protections eliminate the need for external sense resistors, comparators, or TVS diodes in many designs, shrinking the PCB footprint and BOM cost. The 1:1 input-to-output ratio means each channel is independently controlled by its own logic pin, simplifying the firmware mapping.
For production planning, this means no forced redesign or qualification cycle on the horizon.
