The Infineon BTS500601TEAAUMA2 is a single-channel PROFET high-side power switch in a TO-252-5 (DPak) surface-mount package. It switches a P-channel MOSFET with a typical on-resistance of 6.8 mOhm, delivering up to 16.5 A continuous output from a load supply of 6 V to 19 V. The part requires no external Vcc supply — the gate drive is self-biased from the load rail.
Integrated fault protection — no external sense components needed
The BTS500601TEAAUMA2 integrates current limiting (fixed threshold), open-load detection, over-temperature shutdown, over-voltage clamping, and under-voltage lockout.
