PWM input and fault protection — BOM consolidation
The switch accepts a PWM input (non-inverting) and integrates fixed current limiting, over-temperature shutdown, and over-voltage clamping. That means no external sense resistor, no comparator, no TVS for the output — the protection is on-chip. The auto-restart feature re-enables the output after a fault clears, which is useful for lamp or motor loads that draw inrush current.
Supply rails and logic compatibility
There is no last-time-buy window, no NRND flag.
