60 V P-channel switch in a SOT-23

This part is officially listed as Obsolete. If you're qualifying a new design, look for a current-production P-channel SOT-23 MOSFET with similar voltage and current ratings; the BSS84 family has several active variants that may drop in.
Hand-soldering and footprint notes
The SOT-23-3 package is one of the easiest SMD packages to hand-solder — three pads, generous 0.95 mm pitch, no hidden leads. A fine-tipped iron and some flux is all you need. The PG-SOT23 designation is Infineon's own code; the land pattern matches the standard SOT-23 footprint. No special bake or moisture sensitivity precautions beyond the usual MSL 1 handling for a basic MOSFET.
The 360 mW power dissipation at 25°C ambient (board-mounted) is the thermal ceiling — derate above that if you're running near the 170 mA limit in a hot environment.
