150 mOhm high-side switch for 12V/24V/48V rails
The Infineon BSP752RXUMA2 is a single-channel N-channel high-side power switch from the miniPROFET® smart-switch family. The typical on-resistance of 150 mOhm and a maximum continuous output current of 1.3A suit it for driving resistive, inductive, or lamp loads — solenoids, relays, small motors, and LED strings — where a protected switch replaces a discrete MOSFET plus driver and sense circuitry.
Built-in fault protection eliminates external components
This switch integrates current limiting (fixed), open-load detection, over-temperature shutdown, and over-voltage clamping. That protection set means the BSP752RXUMA2 handles fault conditions autonomously — no external current-sense resistor, no comparator, no TVS for load-dump transients within the 52V ceiling. The 1:1 input-to-output ratio and non-inverting input simplify the control interface: a logic-level On/Off signal from a microcontroller or PLC output drives the gate directly, with no Vcc supply required.
PG-DSO-8-6 package and temperature range
That covers under-hood automotive and outdoor industrial enclosures without derating. The surface-mount package suits automated assembly lines; the Tape & Reel variant (cut tape also available) matches high-volume pick-and-place.
