OptiMOS N-channel for 25 V rails
The Infineon BSC026NE2LS5ATMA1 is an N-channel MOSFET from the OptiMOS series, rated for a drain-source voltage of 25 V and a continuous drain current of 24 A at ambient temperature (Ta) or 82 A when the case temperature (Tc) is held at 25°C. The 2.6 mOhm maximum on-resistance at 10 V gate drive keeps conduction losses low in synchronous rectification, load switches, and DC-DC converters. For most designs, the real limit is somewhere between — budget the thermal resistance and ambient temperature to find your actual derated current.
