Each transistor integrates base bias resistors (R1 of 47 kΩ on the NPN, 2.2 kΩ on the PNP, and a shared R2 of 47 kΩ), which eliminates two external resistors per channel from the bill of materials. Rated for a 50 V collector-emitter breakdown and 70 mA continuous collector current, it handles the typical loads found in automotive relay drivers, solenoid actuators, and logic-level interface circuits.
