Pre-biased PNP — what it saves on the board
The Infineon BCR191WH6327XTSA1 is a PNP pre-biased transistor in a SC-70 SOT-323 package. It integrates two 22 kOhm resistors — one in series with the base (R1) and one between base and emitter (R2) — so you skip the external bias network that a standard PNP would need. With a collector-emitter breakdown of 50 V and a continuous collector current rating of 100 mA, it handles low-side switching and signal-level loads in industrial and consumer circuits. The 200 MHz transition frequency keeps switching losses low for PWM and logic-level interfaces up to a few megahertz.
NRND — plan the last-time-buy now
That means it is still available for existing production, but the clock is running — a formal end-of-life notice could arrive at any time.
Package and storage — SC-70 reels
The part ships in Tape & Reel (TR) format, which is the standard for automated pick-and-place. The SC-70 (SOT-323) body is small — about 2.0 mm × 1.25 mm — so store the reels dry and follow the MSL rating on the reel label. The 250 mW power dissipation limit means the junction temperature stays under control in ambient up to about 85 °C with minimal copper on the board; derate if the part sits near a hot regulator or power stage.
