Two PNP pre-biased transistors in one SOT-363
The Infineon BCR185SB6327XT integrates two PNP pre-biased transistors in a single SOT-363 package. Each transistor includes a 10 kΩ series base resistor and a 47 kΩ resistor between base and emitter, eliminating the need for external bias components in common switching and driver stages. Collector-emitter breakdown is rated at 50 V, with a maximum continuous collector current of 100 mA. Transition frequency is 200 MHz, adequate for low-frequency switching up to a few megahertz.
Saturation voltage and drive requirements
Vce(sat) is specified at 300 mV maximum with a base current of 500 µA and collector current of 10 mA. DC current gain (hFE) is a minimum of 70 at 5 mA collector current and 5 V Vce, providing consistent drive capability across the operating range.
Package and power handling
Housed in a PG-SOT363-PO surface-mount package (also known as 6-VSSOP, SC-88, or SOT-363), the part dissipates up to 250 mW total. The small footprint suits dense PCB layouts in portable or space-constrained designs. Supplied in Tape & Reel for automated assembly.
