What the dual pre-biased transistor gives the board
The BCR183SH6433XTMA1 integrates two PNP transistors with 10kΩ base and emitter-base resistors in a single PG-SOT363-PO package (6-VSSOP/SC-88/SOT-363). The built-in resistors eliminate two external components per channel, saving board area and reducing pick-and-place cost. Each transistor handles up to 100mA collector current with a 50V Vce breakdown and transitions at 200MHz, suitable for switching and interface applications in industrial and consumer electronics.
