Two PNP pre-biased transistors in one SOT-363
The Infineon BCR169SH6327XTSA1 packs two PNP transistors with integrated bias resistors into a single PG-SOT363-PO package. Each transistor has a 4.7 kΩ base resistor built in, so you save two external resistors per channel and shrink the footprint compared to discrete pairs. The 200 MHz transition frequency keeps switching edges clean for sub-MHz PWM or data-line buffering.
NRND — plan your last-time buy or alternate
That means it is still available for existing production runs, but you should not spin a new board around it. If you need a drop-in replacement for an existing BOM, look for a pin-compatible dual PNP pre-biased transistor in the same SOT-363 footprint with matching 4.7 kΩ base resistors.
What the 300 mV Vce(sat) means on your board
The Vce saturation is specified at 300 mV maximum with a 500 µA base current driving 10 mA collector current. That is low enough to keep the transistor out of deep saturation in typical logic-level switching.
