Dual PNP pre-biased transistor in a single SOT-363 package
The Infineon BCR169SE6327BTSA1 integrates two PNP pre-biased transistors in a single SOT-363 package, each with a 4.7kΩ base resistor built in. This saves board space and component count in switching and driver circuits where you need two matched PNP transistors — think relay drivers, solenoid drivers, or logic-level interface stages. The 50V collector-emitter breakdown and 100mA maximum collector current cover low-side switching of small inductive loads or signal-level relays. With a transition frequency of 200MHz, it handles pulsed loads and moderate-speed switching without issue.
The 50V Vce breakdown covers 12V or 24V rails. The 100mA collector current per transistor drives a small relay coil. Saturation voltage is 300mV at 10mA collector current with 500µA base drive.
Obsolete — sourcing reality
Infineon lists the BCR169SE6327BTSA1 as obsolete. Supply is through the independent distribution market — surplus stock, NOS, or broker inventory.
