NPN pre-biased transistor with integrated 47 kOhm resistors
The Infineon BCR148WH6327XTSA1 is an NPN pre-biased transistor in a SC-70 (SOT-323) surface-mount package. It integrates two 47 kOhm resistors — R1 between base and the bias node, R2 between base and emitter — which eliminate the need for external bias components in switching and driver circuits. Rated for a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 50 V and a maximum collector current of 100 mA, with a power dissipation ceiling of 250 mW. The 100 MHz transition frequency supports switching in relay coils, solenoid drivers, and logic-level translation up to several MHz.
NRND — last-time-buy window
It is not a candidate for new BOMs; existing designs should plan for a last-time-buy or identify a pin-compatible replacement before the supply window closes.
Saturation voltage and gain at low collector current
Maximum Vce saturation is 300 mV at a base current of 500 µA and collector current of 10 mA — a typical drive condition for a small relay or LED string.
