Two pre-biased NPNs in one SOT-363
The Infineon BCR141SH6327 integrates two NPN transistors with built-in 22 kΩ base and 22 kΩ emitter-base resistors in a single PG-SOT363-6-1 package. Each transistor handles up to 100 mA collector current with a 50 V collector-emitter breakdown, making this part a space-saving drop-in for automotive relay drivers, solenoid actuators, and logic-level interface circuits where external bias resistors would otherwise consume board area. Rated across the full automotive temperature range and qualified to AEC-Q101, the BCR141SH6327 is suited for under-hood and cabin electronics where reliability screening and traceability are required.
100 mA drive, 50 V blocking — sizing the load
With a 100 mA continuous collector rating and 50 V VCEO, each transistor can switch small relays, LEDs, or logic-level loads common in automotive body controllers and sensor interfaces. The 300 mV saturation voltage at 10 mA collector current (with 500 µA base drive) keeps conduction losses low in low-current paths. The 130 MHz transition frequency is high enough for PWM dimming or switched-mode pre-drive up to several hundred kilohertz, though the integrated 22 kΩ base resistor limits base drive current — check the available drive voltage against the required collector current using the minimum hFE of 50 at 5 mA.
