PNP pre-biased transistor in a tiny SC-75 package
The BCR 191T E6327: The Infineon BCR 191T is a PNP pre-biased transistor in a SC-75 SOT-416 surface-mount package. It integrates two 22 kOhm resistors (R1 base, R2 emitter-base) so you drop the external bias network — one component instead of three. Rated for 50 V collector-emitter breakdown and 100 mA continuous collector current, it handles low-power switching and signal amplification in compact, cost-sensitive designs.
With a transition frequency of 200 MHz, this transistor is fast enough for most low-frequency switching (relay drivers, LED dimming, logic-level translation) and small-signal amplification up to the tens of MHz. The pre-biased resistors limit base drive flexibility, so don't expect to push the full 100 mA at the top of the frequency range — the 300 mV saturation at 500 µA base, 10 mA collector gives a realistic on-state voltage for moderate loads.
