Two NPNs with bias resistors — one SOT-363 package
The Infineon BCR 141S H6727 packs two NPN pre-biased transistors into a single PG-SOT363-PO surface-mount package. Each transistor has a 22kΩ resistor in series with the base (R1) and a 22kΩ resistor between base and emitter (R2), eliminating the need for external bias components in switching and driver stages. Collector-emitter breakdown is rated at 50V, continuous collector current at 100mA, and the device dissipates up to 250mW total. The 130MHz transition frequency suits low-to-mid speed switching up to a few megahertz.
Where the 50V / 100mA rating fits
With a 50V Vce(max) and 100mA Ic(max), this dual transistor is a natural fit for 24V industrial logic interfaces, relay and solenoid drivers in PLC outputs, and level translation between 3.3V/5V logic and higher-voltage loads. The 22kΩ base resistor sets a turn-on threshold around 2.1V (two diode drops), so a 3.3V logic high drives it into saturation without an external series resistor. The 300mV Vce(sat) at 500µA base, 10mA collector keeps conduction losses low for the load range.
