Pre-biased NPN in a tiny SOT-723
The BCR 141F E6327: The Infineon BCR 141F is an NPN pre-biased transistor with two 22 kOhm resistors integrated into the package. It's designed for switching and interface applications, saving board space and reducing pick-and-place cost. The 50 V collector-emitter breakdown and 100 mA collector current rating suit low-power switching loads.
Integrated bias resistors save a resistor each
Both R1 (base resistor) and R2 (emitter-base resistor) are 22 kOhms, which sets the turn-on threshold and provides a defined off-state. With the base resistor built in, the input can be driven directly from a microcontroller GPIO or a logic output without an external current-limiting resistor.
Sourcing an obsolete part
Infineon lists the BCR 141F E6327 as obsolete. If you're qualifying a new design, look at Infineon's current pre-biased transistor portfolio in the same SOT-723 package; the base product number BCR 141 family may have an active variant with similar ratings.
