Two resistors you don't need to place
The BCR 103F E6327: NPN pre-biased transistor with two 2.2 kΩ bias resistors integrated into the SOT-723 package. Collector current is rated to 100 mA, collector-emitter breakdown to 50 V, and transition frequency to 140 MHz.
Saturation headroom at 20 mA
Vce(sat) is specified at 300 mV maximum with a 1 mA base drive into a 20 mA collector load — a clean saturation voltage that keeps dissipation low in a 250 mW package. The DC current gain minimum is 20 at 20 mA, 5 V, which is typical for a pre-biased part where the resistor divider sets the on-state base current. Off-state leakage is 100 nA maximum, so it will not ghost-load a pull-up in a high-impedance node.
Active, not going anywhere
Infineon still runs this part, so the supply channel is the standard distribution route.
